What does exterior window cleaning include?

Exterior service includes exterior glass, screen cleaning, accessible exterior sills and edges, and light brushing and vacuuming of accessible tracks.

What does interior window cleaning include?

Interior service includes interior glass, accessible interior sills and edges, and light brushing and vacuuming of accessible tracks.

Do I need to remove my screens?

If you purchase interior window cleaning, Trevor will remove and reinstall the screens at no additional charge. If you are not purchasing interior cleaning and would like Trevor to remove and reinstall the screens, it is an additional $25. He will need access to the inside of the home, and an adult must be present.

Do I need to be home?

An adult must be present when interior access is required, including for interior cleaning or screen removal and reinstallation. For exterior-only work, you may not need to be home if screens are removed and the work area is accessible.

How will I receive my exact price?

After you submit the form, I’ll call and text you with a few quick questions about the service you want, the windows, and access. I may ask for exterior photos before confirming pricing.

When is payment due?

Payment is due after the work is complete and you have had a chance to review the finished service.

How can I pay?

Cash is preferred. Venmo and online card payments are also accepted. Trevor will send the appropriate payment information based on your preferred method.
